Telephone Representatives

Corporate Trainers
Responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering training programs and shift supervisors.

Requirements:
• Experience in working in a group environment, preferably a classroom
• Ability to communicate effectively with call center personnel
• Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel

Call Center Managers
Responsible for managing a call center of about 120 employees. In charge of day to day operations, including the management of lead supervisors, human resources, quality assurance managers, and tape verification managers. Must be able to reach call center sales goals and to track and report on center activities. Must be able to communicate with clients to answer questions about accounts.

Requirements:
• Experience in managing an outbound call center environment where many programs are operating simultaneously
• Strong sense of urgency with ability to solve problems quickly
• Strong leader and effective team player

Call Center Supervisors
Responsible for supervising a group of six team leaders, who are responsible for managing a group of 12 telephone representatives.

Requirements:
• Experience in supervising outbound call center environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with team leaders and representatives
• Persuasive and positive communication skills
• Ability to work well with people and be a “hands on” supervisor
• Strong sense of urgency with ability to solve problems quickly
• Strong leader and effective team player

Data Processing Professionals
Responsible for maintaining client databases, writing Visual Basic programs.

Requirements:
• Experience with Access, Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic
